• Duplicate charges or paid orders that cannot be delivered.

We will assess the issue and offer a working replacement or an appropriate refund where warranted or required by law. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Problems caused by unsupported software or fabrication settings are assessed against the compatibility information published at purchase. Contact us before buying if uncertain.
